Your (The Querent’s) Rights:
- to have your access needs* met to the best of my abilities
- to be comfortable
- to take breaks
- to finish the reading whenever you need to within your allotted time
* examples of access needs might be:
- to settle into the space and be comfortable
- to have and use and tools to aid in comfort (e.g tinted glasses, stim-toys etc)
- to take a break, turn off zoom camera, look away
- to move around the space
- to adjust the setting, adjust lighting and sound etc
- to pause to decompress or ground yourself
My Ethical Standards
- the sole aim of the reading is to offer insight to help the querent take charge of their own life
- the tarot space is respectful and non-judgemental
- information shared during the reading is confidential between the reader and the querent
- if appropriate the reader will recommend the querent seek the guidance of relevant professionals (medical, legal, psychological etc) and not overstep what the reader is qualified to advise
- tarot readings are only available for querents over the age of eighteen, not under the influence of mind altering substances
- the reading will only answer questions about people who are present and consenting
- tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not considered valid medical or legal advice
- the tarot reader will serve in the best interests of the querent, conducting services with no intention of harm
- reading fees are in line with normal working practices and agreed in advance
